The Massage Arts I offer are aimed at coercing the body into remembering it’s natural state of health. Communicating directly with the body, these arts can increase introception (or mind-body awareness), reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia as well as aid in relief from chronic pain.
Everything I do is based on a core belief that listening to our own individual bodies is the greatest gift we can offer ourselves in the process toward self-love and growth. The temple of our soul needs attention, maintenance, care and energy in order to function optimally. As we continue to evolve and change, we must recognize both where we’ve been and where we’re going, but our ability to stay centered in the present moment is what allows for the manifestation of happiness and health.
